His journey into the world of work began early — out of both necessity and passion. Fate led him into the paper industry, a domain he would eventually revolutionize. One of the turning points of his life came when he moved to Abu Dhabi, securing a job at Beirut Printing Press. It was there, among the mechanical hum of four-color printing machines, that his innovative spirit found a new playground.
One day, while working late, Raja discovered a technical fault in the offset machine — a flaw that affected its performance. With boldness and clarity, he penned a letter to the GERMANY-based manufacturing company Heidelberg, outlining the issue and proposing a detailed solution. His observations were so precise and his insights so valuable that the company sent back a letter of appreciation — along with a $500 reward, a significant sum at the time. But more importantly, it was recognition of his unparalleled potential.

After two transformative years in Abu Dhabi, Raja returned to Mumbai, his mind brimming with ideas and his heart set on one mission: to start his own business. With nothing but conviction and his lifelong mantra — “A paper and a pen can change this world” — he laid the foundation of R. K. Enterprise in 1993.
Starting from scrap and struggle, he chose a niche product: butter paper. What began in a modest workshop soon transformed into a thriving manufacturing unit. Despite the hardships, Ajay’s spirit remained unshaken. He was not interested in a regular job. His heart was set on creating something unique, something the world hadn’t seen before.
He began his career with HINDUJA TRADERS, then moved on to HPCL, followed by roles at RCM-US as an AR cum Analyst, and finally ARAS PV PV. These jobs weren’t just stepping stones — they were training grounds. Each role taught him how industries function, how problems arise, and most importantly, how innovation can solve them.

With a bold heart and a big dream, Ajay planned to move to Croatia to launch his first entrepreneurial project — a breakthrough concept in packaging called the Heat Sealing Pouch.
